With employee satisfaction rates plummeting, companies are justifiably concerned with how to engage and retain the current workforce. At the same time, they also need to understand and plan for their future work force requirements. Participants will learn what companies can and are doing to improve employee engagement and readiness for the future by:
- Gaining a better understanding of employee demographics - current and future
- Understanding the work style preferences of Gen Y
- Upgrading their workforce planning methods, tools and techniques
Tom will talk about what Fortune 100 companies are doing in these areas and experiences from his own work with client companies. |
